STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE


HOW TO ORDER: via email to: order@greenchef.ch or Whatsapp group made by Greenchef directly with the client.


The conditions for placing an order are as follows:

Canton of Zurich: 500 CHF (minimum order)

Canton: Ticino, Valais and Grisons: 1500 CHF (minimum order)

The rest of Switzerland: 1000 CHF (minimum order)


Deliveries will be made between 9am and 6pm (scheduled Monday to Friday)


PAYMENT: All invoices are to be settled at the requested due date as stated on the invoice. The statements with the balance overdue will be send on 15th and 30th each Month. After the payment deadline has expired, the customer is in "late payment" without any formal notice. If the customer is in full or partial default on payment, an annual late payment interest rate of 7% will be charged, as well as reminder fees. The reminder fees are CHF 30.00 for the first reminder, CHF 60.00 for the second reminder and CHF 120.00 for the third reminder. In the case of missing payment GREENCHEF GmbH is entitled to cancel and/or suspend all other customer orders without formal notice until the amount owed is paid.
